Colette Caddle: First We Take Manhattan

Hey guys,  Sorry it's been a while. Revision and exams kind of took over my life for six weeks there. (It sucked.) Bright side, I passed my shorthand, I am now fluent at 60wpm, woohoo! I bought this novel the same time I bought, Casey's 'The Kill'. I just love Easons. I was a bit sceptical of this one in the shop actually, no idea why but I kept coming back to it (I take book buying very seriously) and it was actually signed by the author, Colette Caddle, the rest is history. It took approx. eight hours to read this one. I just could not put it down!! The story grabbed me from the start. It begins months after the 'incident' when it's raw enough to hurt and yet long enough to start moving on. The 'incident' I'm referring to is when Sheila Fields disappears, presumed dead. Her twin sister and business partner, Sinead is devastated. Together they owned a hat shop, Sinead designed and made the hats while Sheila took care of the business side. They...
